      Description

      Broken out of DSS-976:

The signature output could either be in binary or ASCII armored form.

      GPG has:

      --armor

-a Create ASCII armored output. The default is to create the
                    binary OpenPGP format.
            --no-armor
Assume the input data is not in ASCII armored format.

      • Add a worker property RESPONSE_FORMAT=BINARY/ARMORED (default: TBD)
      • (Later a request property could also be considered for this)
