      Description

It will be possible to name the CRL's to an arbitrary name when downloading from the CRL store. For example, it can be something more internally meaningful like "rootca.crl".
The download file name should be able to have a meaningful name.
The URL should be able to have a meaningful name.
      This means:
The query URL can use a friendly name instead of the hash
The returned filename is named a user friendly filename instead of the hash.
Configuration file mapping is OK. The mapping file simply maps between hashes and names and is used by the above functions. It should be possible to store the mapping file externally to EJBCA, i.e. in a directory on the server and not only build into ejbca.ear, to avoid rebuild and redeploy in order to add a new CRL. The easiest way to do this is to configure a mapping filename in crlstore.properties.
