Description
If a CA is imported into EJBCA using state dump, and it is supposed to be signed by an external CA, it is not possible to initialise it.
I am not quite sure what the initialisation procedure should be, but I've tried at least two things:
1. Trying to click on the "Save and initialize" button when editing the CA (expecting that it might create CSR perhaps). In this particular case I get an exception (see attachment). Same exception gets thrown for "Save" as well.
2. Trying to use the "Externally signed CA creation/renewal" functionality. But after I select a certificate in step 1, the "Make certificate request" button is still greyed-out.
