Clear all caches makes crypto tokens off-line

      Description

      Customer report:

      Whenever I clear all caches, it knocks all of the crypto tokens offline. I have tried disabling the crypto token cache to stop this but that doesn't seem to work (at least not the way I have tried it). Is there a way to be able to clear all caches without knocking our hard tokens offline?
