      Description

Single Active Certificate Constraint performs revocation directly via CertificateStoreSessionBean, which is fine locally but does not cause the revocation to end up on the publishing queue.

The manual case was fixed in ECA-5048, but when called from CMP a separate method in SignSesionBean:
public ResponseMessage createCertificate(final AuthenticationToken admin, final RequestMessage req

Is used, and this also directly calls certificateCreateSession.createCertificate.
