      Description

      User can use username/password to finalize legacy enrollment

      I guess separate page Enroll -> Use Username (my vote) or it can be blended into one alongside with Use Request ID (Johan's vote), so user can type both in the same input field

      User will be able to enter (EE) username/password:
      a) If status(EE) = New, user will get finalize (legacy) enrollment screen to create a token.
      b) if status(EE) = Generated, user will get a screen with options that include request revocation, renewal, key recovery,...
