KaRA Usability: request form clearing and email

      Description

      Two issues with usability in KaRA.

      1. When filling in a form with subject alt names, the SANs are not visible in the "Confirm request" preview unless you click "View details". When you click view details any enrollment code you had to enter above is cleared though. It is highly likely that you want to "view details" the last thing you do, and you should not have to re-fill the form in this case.

      2. When you need to enter an email address as SAN, you should really also enter it as "email". You have to enter the same address multiple times. The email address field could be auto-filled with the first SAN email field? Unless user has already entered something in email field (i.e. it is not empty)
