Login link on public RA pages does not work

      Description

      The "Log in" menu item in the RA does do not anything (it's just a dummy "#" link). It's shown when no client certificate is presented, e.g. on port 8080 or 8442.

      I guess it's supposed to switch port to 8443 (or whatever has been configured).
