      Description

Currently, we use different types of back/cancel buttons and links in the RA:

      • gray back buttons on the left
      • yellow back links on the left (Johan suggested that those should be right-aligned, which I think is a good idea)
      • gray cancel buttons on the bottom of the page

We should decide how to use these in a consistent way. It is also nice to not have to scroll up or down through the entire page, to save or go back. One way would be to have floating buttons (including and a Cancel button) on the bottom of the pages, which would remove the need for an extra back link. Another way is to always put a back link/button in the top right corner, and save/cancel buttons on the bottom.
