      Description

      For delegated key pair generation, system configuration for local key generation is required (next to the key recovery option), as part of delegated key pair generation.

      Additionally, it should be possible to select a crypto token and key pair to use for encrypting/decrypting the key recoverable keypair (since the CA is not available)
