- Create a Partitioned Approval Profile with one step, one partition. Add metadata (checkboxes, text fields) to that partition, but no title.
- Add that profile to a CA and require approvals for adding an end entity
- Add an end entity to that CA
- Log in as a different admin and go to Manage Requests on the RA
- Take note that none of the metadata is shown
- Go back to the CA, add a title to the partition
- Perform a new request and review the request as the second admin - the metadata is now shown
