      Description

Importing a CA certificate for a CA which does not exist (e.g. when setting up an external instance) throws NPE with message 'CA with name <CA Name> does not exist'.

Most likely as a result of refactoring in ECA-3417. The import command relied on 'CADoesntExistsException' thrown from CaSessionBean to setup a new CA when parameter --initauth... was used.

The refactoring itself is great. However, the import command should check the return value of CASessionBean.getCAInfo rather than relying on exceptions to be thrown.
