Report unhandled getters in ConfigDump as errors

      Description

During development, a recoverableError call in ConfigdumpCore.checkGetters() was commented out to avoid getting exceptions when there's a missing getter. Only a warning is logged.

We should re-enable the recoverableError call, so we catch new getters that are added in the future, so we remember to add them to ConfigDump.

Pre-requisite: As far as I remember, there are some getters in Approval Profiles and Validators, that need to be added to gettersToIgnore in the respective configdump classes. These are currently listed as warnings in the console output.
