      Description

      When we want to use explicitecc keys, there is a flag set in the Crypto Token in EJBCA.

      CryptoToken.java:

      static final String EXPLICIT_ECC_PUBLICKEY_PARAMETERS = "explicit.ecc.publickey.parameters";

      This is set when you use -explicitecc to the "ejbca.sh ca init" command. In some cases this has seemed to fall away (during upgrade perhaps but we don't know), and during renewal explicitecc is no longer used.

      We would like to be able to set -explicitecc also in the "ejbca.sh ca renewca" command.
