      Description

For revocation of throwaway certificates, there will be a new revoke() method in EjbcaWS. This method will accept a certificate profile Id as a parameter. If this parameter is not set (or if the old method is used) there has to be a default certificate profile which we specify for each throw away CA.

      Desired functionality:

      • New checkbox in Edit CA page 'Accept revocations for non-existing entries' (for throw away CAs)
      • When 'Use Certificate Storage' in Edit CA page is unchecked, (i.e. throw away CA) -> Render a drop down to select a default certificate profile.
      • Persist this information

This value must be propagated to the VAs CertificateData if not provided by the new WS call. (Not part of this ticket)
