If a peer connector is saved with an incorrect path part of the URL, you will get a confusing error message. The URL is supposed to end with /ejbca/peer/v1 (unless there's some URL rewriting of course).
For incorrect URLs you get confusing error messages, when you press Ping or when EJBCA tries to use the peer connector:
- https://xxxx:8443/ejbca - "Unable to connector to peer. Moved temporarily" (happens due to HTTP redirect from /ejbca to /ejbca/)
- https://xxxx:8443/ - "Unable to connect to peer. Unknown or invalid message format. MessageType was 169877630 bytes" (happens due to the response being an HTML page)
Either add a warning when saving a peer connector with a strange URL, or improve the error messages.
