Null EEP when getting caa identities causes crash.

      Description

      After updating the code with the changes in the get caa identities for acme, trying to access acme endpoint (directory) for example causes a error in ejbca log and browser output is as follows:

      {"detail":"The server experienced an internal error","type":"urn:ietf:params:acme:error:serverInternal"}
      

      Ejbca log error:

      ERROR [org.ejbca.ui.web.protocol.acme.storage.AcmeConfigurationSessionBean] (http-/0.0.0.0:8443-1) Unable to fetch the end entity profile with id #1150303769. Either the end entity profile does not exist on the upstream peer, or we are not authorised to access it.
      

      Note that installing a clean ejbca removes the problem.
