In spite of our belief to the opposite, there are apparently still some usecases for creating EEs from the RA web for future use.
We should add an options to the final screen of the enrollment (see screenshot) page to allow certificate creation at a later date, based on the username/password combo - either using a CSR or for retrieving a server generated keystore.
