NPE when importing a CA where a previous certificate exists without expireDate

      Description

      Bit of a corner case, but protecting against NPEs are always good.

      • Import a CA certificate (as External CA)
      • Import a CRL, with some revoked entry on it
      • Delete the External CA
      • Import the CA with keystore instead, as a "CA"

      Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
      at org.ejbca.core.ejb.crl.PublishingCrlSessionBean.internalCreateCRL(PublishingCrlSessionBean.java:494)
      at org.ejbca.core.ejb.crl.PublishingCrlSessionBean.forceCRL(PublishingCrlSessionBean.java:381)
