While we migrate to JSF, we should also convert all links to relative links.
This has the benefit of not requiring configuration reverse proxying, at least for basic use cases.
It is also a pre-requisite to do binary distribution of the ejbca.ear file, for example for using it in containers.
In some cases it might be unavoidable to use absolute URLs. For example:
- The sample OCSP AIA URLs and the sample CRL CDP URLs must be absolute URLs.
- In some cases EJBCA exposes URLs, such as "link" headers ACME. We should investigate if these URLs can be relative.
