      Description

Some of the tests in the test suite expect that the server certificate is issued by ManagementCA, and that ManagementCA is trusted in the appserver truststore.

This makes it more cumbersome to run tests locally, if you do not have the setup that the tests expect (I have root CA for instance, and do development and run tests on the issuing CA).

Add configuration properties so this can be overridden.
