      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Under 'CA Functions' click on 'Publishers'
      • Edit a Publisher and set it as type: 'CTCustomPublisher'
      • Make sure you do not have any CT Logs configured
      • Click on 'Save and Test Connection' button at the bottom
      • Observe the red error message on top: Following error occurred when testing connection @@£$€¥{[]: No CT Logs have been configured. Please configure at least on log under System Configuration.

      on should be changed to 'one'
