      Description

      EjbcaWSTest.test19RevocationApprovals should create admin rather than use hardcoded "superadmin" user. There is no guarantee that an admin called "superadmin" will exist, it is just a common default configuration.

      This test uses hardcoded "superadmin" because it needs to approve with a different admin, not because it needs a superadmin.
