      Description

There is a strange behavior of CA Structure & CRLs page in Admin GUI after upgrading EJBCA from 6.15.1.2 to 7.0.0.

Clicking on CA Structure & CRLs multiple times there is always exchange between what is written in Root CA and Subordinate CA. See attached screenshots.

Also there is always change in number of generated CRL and after clicking on Create CRL we receive an exception:

      An exception has occurred.

org.cesecore.certificates.crl.CrlStoreException: Trying to store CRL with number 3, but a CRL with number 19 already exists for issuerDN 'CN=DN CZ Dev ATM Client SubCA 17,OU=Professional Services,O=Diebold Nixdorf s.r.o.,C=CZ'.

      From Tomas:

I can reproduce. It looks likely to be JSF issue imho.
