      Description

All the certificate tables should have a new "crlIndex" field, a nullable integer.

      CertificateData
      NoConfictCertificateData
(not Base64CertData, it contains only the certificate itself + fingerprint + optionally the CSR)

It needs to be added in ORM files, scripts, upgrade scripts, entity classes, session beans, etc.

Testing needs to be done with upgrade from an existing database.

There should be an example index for these tables. Most customers will not use it, though. It is only needed for monitoring the number of certs per partition.
