Avoid using two executors for Jenkins jobs

      Description

      Jobs that have "agent" blocks in nested blocks will allocate multiple executors.

      The solution is to add a "reuseNode" directive in the inner ones. Documentation here:

      The reason why this needs to be fixed, is that if there is more than one job that uses multiple executors, then it can cause deadlocks.
