      Description

The changecatoken CLI command gives NPE when provided with a non existing CA.

      Try the command:

bin/ejbca.sh ca changecatoken --caname "AAA CA" --cryptotoken ManagementCA

Where you don't have "AAA CA" in your system. An NPE is retrieved. It should be a message saying that the CA can not be found instead. There is even a catch in the code, just that the method return null instead of throwing an exception.
