Cannot create CA with 'Use CRL partitions' option checked

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open admin web;
      • Open 'Certification Authorities';
      • In 'Add CA' field put 'CrlCA' and click 'Create...' button;
      • In 'Create CA' form set the CA 'Validity' - '365d';
      • In the 'CRL Specific Data' section check option 'Use CRL partitions' - 'Use';
      • In field 'Number of partitions' put 5, in field 'Number of retired partitions' put 1.
      • Click 'Create' button at the bottom.
      • As result you get the error:
        Error: Error creating CRL for CA CrlCA, message: javax.persistence.EntityExistsException: A different object with the same identifier value was already associated with the session : [org.cesecore.certificates.crl.CRLData#b466def75350f34cefe0208b84e9ed0d3c7b264f].
