OCSP Extensions are temporarily saved, even when the Save button is not clicked

      Description

      Comment from Tomas:
Another annoying thing with editing OCSP key bindings in the Admin UI is that if I click "Add" on an archive cutoff extension it's added in the GUI. There is no way to cancel without clicking "Remove". It's not persisted, so if I restart JBoss it's back to normal, but it makes it hard to see the actual status of the key binding without clicking "Save".

      Comment from Bastian:
It is not just a GUI bug, the changes affects the cache and thus the behaviour of the OCSP responder. For example: Adding an OCSP archive cutoff extension in the GUI (without saving) will add the extension to OCSP responses (but not the database), and the change will remain until the cache is cleared or JBoss is restarted.
