Add more detailed error message to clientToolBox certreq command when csr can not be read or directory is invalid

      Description

      A command like:

      ./ejbcaClientToolBox.sh EjbcaWsRaCli certreq test1 "CN=test" NULL ManagementCA User Client csr.pem PKCS10 PEM /home/user/ff

      currently only says "file can't be read" or "output isn't a directory" when the csr or output directory is invalid. It would be good to print the actual file or path in order to make debugging easier, detect typos etc.
