ConfigdumpException should result in rollback

      Description

      ConfigdumpException is thrown by some methods in ConfigdumpSessionBean. When this exception is thrown, we should roll back the transaction so we don't get "half imported" data in the database.

      This can be achieved by addding this annotation to ConfigdumpException

      \@ApplicationException(rollback=true)
      

      This probably requires some EJB API JAR added to the classspath (try building and running configdump)
