      Description

After changing the hostname of the EJBCA server, accessing the configuration pages for EST gave a Session Expired error.

Prerequisite: accessing the EST features via Curl from a remote system caused the call to fail due to the Subject Alternative Name being None in the CA.

      STEPS:
      1. With an EJBCA session open in firefox, change the EJBCA's hostname.
NOTE: Use the following on CentOS 07
      hostnamectl and vim /etc/hosts
      2. Using the existing session, goto EST configurations and create an EST or edit an existing EST configuration

      ACTUAL: Session Expired error
EXPECTED: Redirect the proper EST configuration page.

      3. Refresh page and repeat step 2 above.

      ACTUAL: Same results

      WORKAROUND:
      1. Close browser
      2. Re-open browser
      3. On. prompt for accepting certificate, click OK
      4. Goto EJBCA adminweb
      5. Repeat step 2 above

ACTUAL: Now it works as expected
NOTE: Changing the hostname did not seem to affect other EJBCA pages.
