      Description

      After adding a custom publisher as described in Doc:

      https://download.primekey.se/docs/EJBCA-Enterprise/7_3_1/Customer_Specific_Publisher_for_a_PKD-like_Catalog.html

      the Admin Web UI is not accessible any more.
      An Exception message is displayed:

      An exception has occurred.
      For input string: "60000 "

      and no other response from EJBCA Admin GUI.
