      Description

It is currently only possible to include DNS names and a common name in a certificate issued using the ACME protocol.

Customers issuing OV certificates typically want to include a fixed O and C as well. Do the following change to support this:

      • If "Allow merge DN Web Services" is enabled in the end entity profile, add all default values from the end entity profile.

A customer has specifically asked for the ability to add a psuedonym from the CSR. The subject DN is currently not taken from the CSR even when "Allow Subject DN Override by CSR" is enabled. Support this as well.

The class constructing the subject DN is: AcmeOrderSessionBean.validateAndCreateEndEntityInformation
